Nature is amazing, what can it teach us? Here is the best advice from some birds. Have a comfortable flight.

Not everything is black and white, relax, find your groove, just flow with it

You can't get on with everyone, fly away, at times it's for the best

You are not the names or definitions others give to you. Just you.

If you find others who share your joy, take the time, create unity

But be not afraid to fly solo, low and slow, over life's waters

Look around you, ask questions, observe, what is here in this moment now?

Today, spread your wings allow imagination to soar to great heights

Some days will challenge, getting started will be hard. Keep doing your best.

But just look at you, All beauty, magnificence, grace in consciousness.

Sometimes you will fly, but take your moments also, zone out in presence.
