Excellent work as always, April-I have always looked at stained glass, not so much is a religious expression but more like telling a story on a canvas that can last beyond the ages of those who were inspired to create it. It just happens to have been done in houses of worship because those were the places with the greatest chance of drawing a large audience. But what the hell do I know ?

Thank you David ❤️ yes I agree, the greatest chance of drawing an audience and also where the most money was available to pay for such work and art! I love churches as you know, they are the preserved history of creative expression!

“From whence do they come?

Our gifts, our talents, our joy?

Universal spark”

— from whence indeed! That question is a source of endless wonder for me. I feel like we get closer look at who or what we really are through our creations and by pondering where they came from.

Thanks April :)

Me too Michael, me too. Yes I also think that allowing our creative expression helps us to understand ourselves and to show others how our unique consciousness sees the world and to see through the work of others how their unique consciousness sees it. Fascinating!

Yes, exactly! I get so excited to get a window into how others see the world through their art — it’s truly one of my favourite things! :)

Exquisite windows. I especially liked the poem where you were bathed in rainbows. Do you plan to make a book of these?
