hola, again, april.

now for how i was inspired with my own set of 5-7-5 by your photos. thank you for putting these, as expressions, of you, up for us to enjoy.

~~~
to the face, a face
awash that drips rock-face stone
from-to clockless time
~~~

into a colour

splashed with a hot moment’s

touchable magma.

~~~
icy roads are seen
to be where the blue leaked out
and down to now here,
~~~

the foot’s interface

indented, indelible

and impermanent.

~~~
imagination!
the sea-side big smell not seen
of death birthing life
~~~

where the sacred hoar’s

white frost frosts the grassy shore

in crystalline breath;

~~~
and where shadows know
where their noses fear to tread
sniffing out lost dread
~~~

where passers by-pass

the silk of wormy cocoons

as preconditions

~~~
to wire threads that droop
with the weight of so many words
spoken yet unheard,
~~~

that remain, perhaps,

as remnants without a voice

in this muted frame.

Wonderful as always Guy. I could read each one and know which picture it referred to even without remembering the order of my photos. Perfect ❤️🙏

i'm glad you enjoyed them and that the imagery that came to mind translated to you that well. isn't it amazing, how these confused mass of words can despite all limitations, actually create communication from time to time. it is great for me to be inspired by both your photos and your creating from inside you the 5-7-5s. good night.

hola, april. loved these, your perspicuous eye looking to curve the linearity we think makes us comfortable. i'll come back with some 5-7-5 a bit later. i just got back from my unexpected trip to el centro after an interestig dream night.

Hope all is well, Dreams within dreams.

gracias, michael. all is indeed well.

the dream was long within a sleep that unexpectedly extended to 10 hours. being a guest, not an inmate in a beautiful open and expensive insane asylum for the rich. with a visitor it came time to escape the rich and insane life of the asylum with my host and the visitor, in a violent hollywood style complete with car chase and shooting down an oversized alien disguised as an human. hmmmm. the unconscious clearing out detritus? pointing out that comfortable is as comfortable does can create passivity and acceptance of delimits to our existence to keep up the comfort? so much!

all the best with what is changing.

10.

In a land where time whispered through the stones, the fossil lay—a relic of a spiraled shell creature, long vanished. It held echoes of ancient seas, where mythic creatures danced under a lustrous moon, weaving magic into the rock, waiting to be found and to whisper their secrets once more.

Beautiful words Gloria, perfection ❤️ The beach was 'littered' with fossils and my greedy little magpie nature for stones wanted to bundle them all up but I resisted and collected only two. However I did also find a plastic bag and filled it with plastic rubbish and rope and bottles, so I was already overloaded for the steep climb back. How amazing that the past has left us such gems and we are leaving the future a bunch of plastic bottles 😕

This was awesome! I also take tons of pictures like these! I call them textures. and sometimes I even use them as textures in my art. Your haiku number 9 is my favorite:

Changing the angle

Lie where you would not dare so

the whole world changes

Thank you so much Jason. I also have a folder labelled 'Textures' 😂. Sometimes I also just point the camera on autofocus and click which is always fun when you get home and download and try to work out 'what the fuzz' is on your screen!!!
